Reyda is a workspace for SME bid teams that sell to the public sector in the EU and the UK. It finds tenders that fit your company, helps you decide which ones to pursue, and gives you a shared place to prepare the response. Emma, Reyda’s AI bid manager, does much of the research and drafting. You stay in charge of every decision.

Who it is for

Reyda is built for bid managers, founders and sales leads in smaller companies. These teams often bid without a dedicated bid department. If you spend hours reading notices, chasing documents and rewriting the same company answers, Reyda is meant to take that load off you.

What you can do

  • Find opportunities. Reyda collects notices from TED (the EU’s tender journal) and national portals. It then recommends the ones that match your company profile. You can also see contracts that are about to expire and tenders that buyers are planning.
  • Qualify in a pipeline. Add promising notices to your Pipeline. There you can generate a bid/no-bid report, a buyer activity report and proposed clarification questions, then decide to pursue or not.
  • Respond in a Bid Room. Each bid gets a Bid Room with the buyer’s documents, extracted requirements, your working files, assignees, comments and an activity feed.
  • Reuse your knowledge. Keep past bids, policies, certificates and CVs in the Library, and keep reusable text in Snippets and Templates. Emma draws on them when she drafts.
  • Automate the routine work. Routines let Emma run standing instructions on a schedule, such as a weekday review of new matching tenders.

Meet Emma

Emma is an AI bid manager who works inside your workspace. She can read a tender, compare it with your company profile, draft answers from your library, fill buyer forms and keep track of what is still open. She asks you when a decision needs a person, such as whether to bid, what price to offer or who signs a declaration. External or consequential actions, like sending an email, need your approval first. To open Emma, click Open Emma at the bottom of the sidebar. Her chat opens beside the page you are on. On a phone, tap Assistant instead. Some screens call her “Assistant” or “Reyda AI”. It is the same Emma.

How Reyda and your team share the work

  • Emma works from your evidence. She drafts from what is saved in your workspace (documents, the Library, your company profile and bid work) and from anything you share in the conversation. When evidence is missing, she flags the gap or asks you instead of filling it in.
  • You submit the bid. Reyda prepares the files, and you upload them to the buyer’s portal yourself.
