Your company profile tells Reyda what you sell, where you work and what you can prove. It drives your recommended tenders and the fit assessments on each notice. Emma also uses it when she qualifies a tender or drafts an answer.

Before you start

  • Settings → Company, Experience and Bid criteria are available to owners and admins. Every member can open Preferences, but only owners and admins can edit the company preferences there.
  • To open Settings, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.
  • Have your website, registration and VAT numbers, turnover, staff count and certificates to hand.

Interests

Interests are short phrases that describe your services and expertise. You can save up to 20.
  • Use specific phrases such as “building renovation” or “software development”. Single words like “IT” or “services” are too vague.
  • Type comma-separated values or paste a list, then press Enter. Click Generate suggestions for ideas.
  • Interest preview shows how your interests would have surfaced tenders from the last 6 months. Replace interests rated Weak or Broad with more precise phrases.

Services and CPV codes

  • Services lists the main services you deliver. It improves domain matching.
  • Track CPV codes saves the CPV codes most relevant to your business. CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) is the EU’s code list for what is being bought. Search by code or description. Click a selected code again to remove it.

Financials and certifications

  • Financials: Annual turnover (EUR) and Staff count. Click Financials to open the section. These help assess tenders that set a minimum turnover.
  • Certifications: name, issuer and expiry date. They are matched against certification requirements in tenders, such as ISO 9001.
Only owners and admins can change these fields.

Experience

Buyers often ask for reference contracts. Open Settings → Experience to record yours.
1

Search for your supplier profile

Under Supplier profiles, search by company name, registration number, VAT number or website.
2

Check the match and claim the profile

Check the match evidence (for example Registration match or VAT match), then click Claim profile.
3

Review Public contracts

These are awards linked to your supplier profile.
4

Add private or commercial projects

Under Added projects, click Add project for private or commercial work that is not in public data. Enter the buyer, dates, value and your role.
5

Click Save projects

Preferences

Open Settings → Preferences. Owners and admins click Edit preferences to set:
  • Services and Required certifications;
  • Contract value range (use No max for no upper limit);
  • Preferred countries, so only those countries are recommended;
  • Preferred regions, based on NUTS regions (the EU’s statistical regions), with a Region map.
These preferences are shared across the company. The same page also holds Search profiles, which each member manages for themselves. See Search profiles and alerts.
Also set up Settings → Bid criteria. Your bid/no-bid reports are scored against these criteria. See Bid/no-bid report.
