Reyda is billed per organization. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, which Emma and Reyda’s AI features use when they do work for you. Owners and admins manage the plan and watch usage in settings.

Plans

Reyda offers Free, Foundation, Growth and Enterprise plans. Enterprise pricing is custom; click Contact us. Start with a 7-day free trial. New organizations get 1,000 credits to try Emma and Reyda’s AI features for 7 days. If you don’t use them all, the remaining credits are frozen when the trial ends. They roll over into your plan when you subscribe. AI features need a paid plan after the trial. This covers Emma’s chat, reports, proposed buyer questions, response plans and submission builds. If your plan ends or expires, they stop until you choose a plan. Everything else stays available. On the Free plan, you can still find opportunities, work in Pipeline and Bid Rooms, and edit your documents and Library. For current prices and what each plan includes, open Settings → Plans.

How credits work

Credits are used whenever Emma or one of Reyda’s AI features does work for you: chatting with Emma, routine runs, reports, proposed buyer questions and drafting. Things you do yourself don’t use credits, such as browsing opportunities, working in Pipeline and the Library, or editing documents. How many credits a job uses depends on:
  • How big the job is. Many steps use more than a quick answer.
  • How much Emma reads and writes. Long tender documents, web research and full drafts all add up.
  • How long the chat runs. Emma takes the conversation so far into account, so long chats with many jobs in them use more.
A few things worth knowing:
  • Waiting for your answer doesn’t use credits. While a task shows Needs input, nothing runs until you reply.
  • Routines use credits each time they run, even when nobody is watching.
  • Re-generating a report uses credits again.
  • If something fails, you’re not charged for it.
On yearly plans, credits are released month by month.

Track usage

Owners and admins can see usage in Settings → Usage & Limits:
  • the Available balance;
  • how much of this month’s allowance is used, and when it resets;
  • the Credits history, which links each charge back to the chat where the work happened.
Reyda also sends owners and admins an Inbox notification as the organization approaches its monthly limit.

When credits run out

Emma and the other AI features pause until credits are added. Everything else keeps working, so you can still open and edit documents and use your Pipeline and Library. Owners and admins get an email. To continue, an owner or admin can top up credits or move to a larger allowance in Settings → Plans.

Top up credits

Top-ups require a paid plan.
1

Open Settings → Usage & Limits and find Top up credits

2

Pick a credit pack or enter a custom Purchase amount

3

Review and confirm the top-up

Click Continue, review the summary, then click Confirm top-up to open checkout.
One-time credits cost 30% more than recurring credits. If you top up often, a larger plan is usually cheaper.

Make credits go further

  • Be specific and give Emma the documents. A clear request about the right tender takes less work than one she has to explore. See Writing good requests.
  • Start a new chat for a new job, rather than packing several into one long conversation.
  • Check how often routines run, and pause the ones you no longer need.
  • Re-generate reports when something has changed, such as new buyer documents, rather than by habit.
